I have started my fourth entrepreneurial project in February 2017 with The Creative Dots, which specializes in analyzing and evaluating the strategic educational needs of companies that want to have better results in client satisfaction. I´m a speaker regularly at industry and non-industry events, and has lectured in universities, helping students prepare for their future professional careers.
What has set me apart has been my focus on business value, and in recent years, an immersion in customer experience, event design and how these two concepts can lead to extraordinary events, based on changing attendee behavior. To further these ends, I´ve earned my Certified Event Designer (CED) designation by the Event Model Generation and the University of Amsterdam.
